I am really not happy about my blackberry ID password that do not want my log in. I have change it, but still nothing happens. I put it in for more thirty times and an error notification pop say i must use that service after 15 minutes and it frustrated me. i would like some assistance with my BB9320 i have a memory card in my phone some days it shows all videos and pics and other days the phone does not read the memory card. I bought the new Blackberry 9720 thinking it would be a good phone as I had the old 9720 which worked brilliantly. This new 9720 is a terrible and horrible phone it shuts down tells you that memory is full and wants to delete your apps not to mention that it shuts down and freezes as well. Have a bb on contract with mtn. The phone got damaged irrepairable and was fixed under warranty, refurbished, (got someone elses scrap phone that does'nt work) when the battery ran flat we couldn't charge it. Never used the phone, but paid the contract. Bought some airtime for the computer which was put onto the phone. We were told this money couldn't be refunded. Took the refurbished phone in to be fixed by mtn, but now have to pay over R2000-00 to fix up someones elses broken phone. I purchased a blackberry 9720 cell phone on 2013-12-24 from Markham store, blue Route Mall, Tokai for R 2499-00 cash . In June 2014 I started experiencing problems with the cell phone in that the scroll button had become faulty . I took the phone back to Markham who offered to send it in for repairs to MTN Canal Walk and that it will take approximately three weeks for the cellphone to be booked in . I asked her if it was a common problem with such a model of phone and she replied by saying yes and that it was a common problem with these blackberry phones . I then asked her if they are still selling them and she said yes . She also mentioned that quite a few people brought in their phones to book in for a faulty scroller . I would like to know why stores are still selling these phones when they are giving problems six months after purchase . is not there something the Consumer Council can do to rectify the problem eg. Warn the public about the general generic problems of the Blackberry 9720

In July last year I purchased a Blackberry 9360 from MTN Northgate. Two months ago the phone refused to charge. Since it was under warranty,it was sent back and deemed unfixable. I was issued a new 9360 and now this phone is also giving me problems. The phone dies suddenly even with plenty of battery life. The phone's signal turns on and off uncontrollably and the battery life fluctuates from fully charged to literally no battery life in a matter of seconds,whether being used or not. It often just dies right after being fully charged. This is the second 9360 I've been given and once again the phone does not work properly. I am extremely unhappy as the phone does not work and when sent in for repairs causes a major inconvinience. Please note this is the second 9360 Curve and it is equally as problamatic as the first. I have a BB Bold. It is TOTALLY USELESS BB services are also useless! The phone freeze, the Internet connection is mal-functioning,phone calls are disconnected in the middle of conversations or the calls do not connect at all, the battery life is up to @#*¥, BlackBerry's technical team = BB phone.... (NO GOOD, USELESS) I had my phone serviced (which included the complete whipe out of the hard drive - including all my data, downloading of so-called "updated software" which provved to be atiquated, rebooting and "advise" to take out the battery and recharge the phone if it gives me any more trouble... This doesn't only waste my time, but cause the functioning of the phone to be even worse. It is the biggest crap cell phone I ever had. No wonder BB has problems staying on the market. You do not even TRY to do anything to complaints. Maybe you should dissapear from the cell phone market for good. You are a DISGRACE to the word: Cellphone.

I have been using your Blackberry phones for a number of years, from your trustworthy 8520 model, then upgraded to the 8530 then finally 9790, these upgrades were due to contract upgrades, I would have preferred to stick to my trustworthy 8520 because it worked,


I am stuck with your 9790 model, to be bland it is rubbish to say the least, I had to think about the words to be polite, if it is not the battery overheating, the phone dials the last recorded number by itself, lately the camera doesn't work I returned the phone and was replaced under warranty....Sir to be competitive in today's society, you need to sell a product that works and lasts...what happened to the Blackberry?, from old?


I am disappointed in your product, unfortunately I still have two years left on my contract, you lost a customer and a fan in me

1. 12 February 2013 - I took out a contract for my son on for a Blackberry 9320 Black on a Top up 135 package at Vodacom, Waterstone Village.
2. 17 February 2013 - It went in for repairs at Waterstone on 17 February 2013 for poor battery life.
3. 28 February 2013 - It was taken in again for operating system hanging, Phone crashes after about ten minutes after phone is turned on.
4. ten June 2013 - It was taken in again for operating system hanging, Phone crashes after about ten minutes after phone is turned on.
5. 21 July 2013 - In despiration, we then took it to Vodacom Customer Care at Somerset Mall.on hoping we would get better service.It went in for poor battery life, the device switched off on its own even though battery showed fully charged. When was fully charged the signal switched off reporting that battery too low for radio use.
We need to take it in again now as the phone still switches itself off on

hi there. I have a blackberry 9810 that i got on a vodacom contract. my phone started to switcing itself off at first and the on friday 23/08/2013 my phone wont work. It said insert sim, so on saterday i took it to my service provider ( Vodacom ). They sended it away to the repairs centrum in Nelspruit. Ysterday they phoned me and said that i can come and collect my phone as it was back from repairs. I picked up my phone and tested it at home, but it still isnt working. So today i went back and asked why my phone isnt fixed and they said that the phones simcard reader has pins that is broken and that i have to pay R4041.80 for a cellphone exchance because they wont fix it under warrenty because it has been abused. I have a blackberry 9320. It is not even a year old yet.It keeps on rebooting it self,more than four times after each other, my battery is half or fully charge, then it says "battery is to low for radio use" and on top of it all the paint of the cover is coming off, and it is most of the time in a cover. three weeks ago I took it to vodacom care sentre. They have loaded new software, gave me a new battery and replaced the bad looking cover.I am only using it for a week now, it still reboots it self and it is still saying battery to low for radio use,although it is half or fully charged and the new one week old battery doesn't have a longer battery life than four hours.Now vodacom tells me i must send it back to them, they will try to fix it again or then send to blackberry. I have work to do and really needs my fone I do not have time to send it in and wait for so long. What must I do, I am on the edge to cancel my contract. can not access on board ring tones and cannot change ring tones. This is a reoccurring problem. The phone has been replace 3x and the software has been reinstalled. The only way to correct the problem is to do a hard reboot

I got my Blackberry Z10 in April this year. From sometime in May the phone kept rebooting it self. Since two days ago it now switches off and refuses to switch back on. Only after I take out the battery and wait for a few minutes does it, if I am lucky the first time, switch back on. It is now so frustrating. I drive very far to work in the dark and now I cannot depend on this phone. I will currently not recommend this phone to anybody. I need assistance with this phone.

Blackberry bold 9900 upgraded in December 2012 in January this year the phone kept hanging and bombed out when bluetooth was switched on. It went in for repaires and the screen and keyboard had been replaced a week after that we needed to load new software and still can not use bluetooth nor send images on bbm. Now, the phone switched on and off and the symbols button appears when ever i am typing and do not even use the scroll button to scroll, but instead the qwerty board. It went in for software again. 4th time in now, i am fed up and want a new bb different model please. I am furious

Tried resetting it and this has been done, however phone numberw asks for the smartphone user id. I do not know this???

Cannot get hold of customer care at blackberry for assistance.

Hi! I sold my old BB9800 to a friend when I got a BB9900. I did a data transfer from the one to the other, but now when I sync my BBM with my email I get my friends BBM contacts? How can I fix it?!?! Please help ASAP? I need to get my BB sorted Thanks

i bought a red 9320 round February and it's peeling, my friends phone is doing the exact same thing and i was at the optometrist the other day and typing a message when the receptionist said "omw, my phone is doing the exact same thing"

This is obviously a factory fault, what happens now as i went to Markhams where i bought it and she said it would take two weeks to have it sent in. My question is, if it is a factory fault surely the phone should be replaced.
